In addition, AirHost ONE  is available on Oracle Cloud Marketplace for integration with Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud. The Oracle Cloud Marketplace is a centrally managed repository of enterprise applications provided by Oracle and its partners.

Integration with Oracle Hospitality OPERA and Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud

With this API integration, accommodation reservation data will be retrieved from Oracle Hospitality OPERA and Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud, traveler’s check-in information, check-in/out status are automatically synchronized to AirHost ONE in real-time.

When the traveler’s reservation is confirmed, check-in instruction is automatically sent to the traveler’s email and the traveler’s check-in menu is displayed with one click. On the day of arrival, check-in can be completed smoothly by using the QR code received before the trip, via the traveler’s smartphone or the tablet installed at the accommodation facility.

“AirHost ONE” is an app for travelers (Web browser, iOS, Android compatible) that can effectively reach out to the travelers before, during and after travel. 

Contactless check-in at hotels/inns/accommodations, messages, tourist information around the area, upsell function for booking/selling room service/tours, restaurant reservations, etc. Everything is displayed on one main menu.

A message that is automatically sent after the accommodation reservation is confirmed or a few days before check-in, and we recommend “restaurant reservations” and “optional service” along with the guidance of “pre-check-in”, which has a very high click rate.
