MANGA ART HOTEL, TOKYO® is a manga-themed concept capsule hotel. More than 5,000 works selected from the perspective of “art” in a broad sense. It is a hotel where you can have “all night manga experience” that immerse yourself in the world of manga.

Challenges

MANGA ART HOTEL, TOKYO® is actively posting on social media, and has been featured in over 700 medias as its unique concept. Therefore the response speed of front desk especially for check-in is a very important point which is related with guest reviews. They were looking for a PMS system that can handle their daily front desk operation flow which adapt to the trend of staffless and unmanned type hotel.

There is only one staff member which is assigned to each property(simple accommodation) for front desk operation. The response speed of front desk has been shortened, and guest reviews in social media also has been improved. Now that they are going to increase more properties, including new construction projects.
