Opened as the first luxury hotel in the Goto archipelago, Hotel Sou was designed by Suppose Design Office led by two Architects Makoto Tanijiri and Ai Yoshida, who are active all over the world. It was built with the concept of “coexistence and harmony” as if the interior was outdoors.
Similar to the “Hidden Christian Sites in Nagasaki and Amakusa Region” that was registered as a World Heritage Location two years ago, Hotel Sou is also a place to invite the people of “Prayer Island” to a rich natural journey with deep faith and history that we would like to introduce it to the whole world.
How to remotely manage your property?
The table below is the full supportive system that Hotel Sou uses for their remote hotel management system including Channel Manager, PMS, Smart Check-in, Booking Engine, Smart Lock and Payment Gateway.
By taking advantage of the AirHost HMS (Hospitality Management System) with Keyvox IoT Smart Lock and Stripe Payment Gateway integration with a Smart Check-in System which allowed the hotel to full operate from reservations to check-out.
Once a booking is made from any OTAs (Online Travel Agency), the owner or staff will receive notification of the stay of guest’s information. They system will auto-arrange the room, in cluding auto generate a pre check-in link and a Pin / Code after each successful check-in.
The key to automation is integration system
Hotel Sou’s rooms are listed on 9 OTAs in cluding Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, AsiaYo !, Vacation STAY, Rakuten Travel, Jalan, Ikkyu and on their own website supported by AirHost Booking Engine. The all OTAs are already linked to the Channel Manager to maximize the vacation rate. Furthermore, the Channel Manager is integrated with the PMS which helps the reserve and allocate rooms automaticallly in the real time.
Currently, contactless check-in and check-out is carried out using the system so guests and staff do not meet face-to-face, which is safe to prevent infection with the new coronavirus. It can be used to create a safe site.
